Our hour and a half appointments are hosted Tuesday - Saturday. Weekdays can book up about 2 - 3 weeks in advance and Saturdays about 5 weeks! APPOINTMENTS DEFINED


CHAMPAGNE SUNDAY

What is a “Champagne Sunday"? Gather your girls and come celebrate with WE! This is a three-hour private shopping appointment hosted on a Sunday of your choice at 10:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. We provide you with brunch-y yumminess (pastries from local bakeries, a delicious selection of fruit and cheese) and - of course - champagne. Your group will be able to shop our entire gown selection with a knowledgeable Embassador while sipping a bit of bubbly! As a thank you, anything and everything you purchase during your appointment will receive a 10% discount! There is a $200 booking fee for this appointment. The fee is due to secure the appointment; it is refundable up to 14 days prior to your appointment and always transferable to another date.

 

CHAMPAGNE TOASt

What is a “Champagne Toast"? Hosted on our quietest days, this is a two-hour semi-private shopping appointment. You and your guests will be able to shop our entire gown selection with a dedicated WE Embassador while sipping a bit of bubbly! A booking fee of $50 is required to secure the appointment; it is refundable up to 7 days prior to your appointment and always transferable to another date. If you purchase during your appointment you’ll get $50 off your order; if you don’t commit we’ll extend $25 off future purchases.


What is a “Trunk Show”? Trunk shows are a great way to get to know a designer’s collection! WE love so many gowns, but only have so much space! During a “trunk show” the featured designer will loan our shop an additional collection of gowns for our Brides to shop. These gowns usually visit for a limited time so it’s a good idea to book your appointment in advance and bring along your most trusted shopping team! WE typically combine other events like Fashion Show and Open House with trunk shows! It’s a great time to visit!

What is a “Re-try” appointment? This is an hour-long appointment scheduled to re-try your favorite gowns. This appointment is booked when you are between a handful of gowns but don’t plan to re-shop our racks. Typically gowns are ordered at this appointment. It’s a great time to show off “the one” to key-shopping buddies that may have missed your first visit!

 

What is a “Show-&-Tell” appointment? Show-&-Tell appointments are scheduled once your gown arrives, prior to your first “fitting” with a seamstress. They are hosted by a WE Embassador and are typically an hour long. Show-&-Tell appointments are your opportunity to try your dress on when she first arrives, show her off to friends and family, tell us what you are looking for from your alteration services, and shop for accessories. They are a great opportunity to complete your look before starting your alterations.

Alterations are always by appointment, scheduled Monday through Friday and some Saturday mornings. Due to the nature of this work and the demand for our seamstresses, we must keep a strict schedule. Please note, weekend availability is inconsistent and cannot be guaranteed. Schedules are subject to change.

Holiday closings or closings due to bad weather are posted on our Instagram page. Customers with scheduled appointments will be contacted by text, email, and/or phone. Thank you!
